Ibiza's Top Concierge on Why So Many Americans are Flocking to the Island

When celebrities head to Ibiza they call Serena Cook. As the founder of Deliciously Sorted, a concierge and event planning service, she’s organized friend trips for Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian; romantic getaways for Meghan and harry; birthday parties for Roger Federer; and spa visits for Johnny Depp.

Last year summer she was behind the secret wedding of Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander. Her biggest feat was keeping it out of the press. “The paps had gotten camo gear, and they were trying to get through the forest in camo gear so they could get into the property, which is totally illegal,” she said, laughing. “And we'd also employed a specialist drone company from Madrid who had our own drone in case one of the pap drones came – our drone could bash it out the sky.”

In this conversation we talk about how A-listers spend their time on the island; what the rest of us should be doing with our limited vacation days; and why Ibiza is such a hot destination right now.

We also discuss how the island is changing (Soho Farmhouse is popping up as we speak) and why locals love Americans (how nice is that?!)

You can watch the full interview or read an edited version below.

So who is who?
